Texan arrested for $46,000 ATM theft

Authorities have charged a Missouri City, Texas man for an ATM theft, which saw almost $46,000 stolen. Police responded to an alarm at an Enterprise Bank and Trust branch where they found an ATM with its door removed with a chain, according to a report by KMOV.

Police said that the suspect, 23-year old Mylek Freeman, used a truck to pull the ATM open with a chain. He is currently charged with stealing $25,000 or more from an ATM and first-degree property damage of more than $750 to an ATM.

His bond is set at $100,000 cash only.
