Finding an ATM service person at the moment you need them is not always easy. Techataclick, a new business based in Woodbridge, New Jersey, has come up with a solution. The startup is launching a mobile app that matches ATM owners with skilled field technicians based on their location.

"In the many years I have spent in the ATM industry, you see a lot of service calls. A lot of time is spent finding good technicians, scheduling service and tracking timelines," Samir Kadi, Techataclick CEO, said in the release. "There is a great need for a system that not only connects ATM owners and technicians but helps them manage the entire ecosystem around ATM maintenance and upkeep."

ATM technicians who sign up for the service will enjoy smart, automated features that streamline service call processing and helps eliminate paperwork, the company said. They can choose their own hours as well as review appointments prior to accepting a call. The program also offers GEO tracking route navigation, easy parts ordering and automated contract generation when jobs are accepted.

ATM owners can use the app to generate service calls for anything from emergency repairs to regularly scheduled software updates and general maintenance, the firm said. The app also provides error code alerts, real-time monitoring of service calls and transparent cost structures. To make service even easier, the app is integrated with handy error code look-up and technical videos.

Techataclick said it is currently running its ATM service in New York with a scheduled launch in select cities in early 2020. The company is now accepting technician registrations nationwide.
