TD Bank, CIBC execs discuss how COVID-19 has changed customer interaction

COVID-19 has forced financial institutions across the country to change their customer experiences, which is why ATM Marketplace recently hosted a webinar featuring tips from bankers on how to create a positive and safe customer experience. The webinar, "How COVID-19 has impacted financial institutions with customer interaction and satisfaction," was sponsored by Ventus and is free to download here.
