Staten Island man robbed after using ATM

A man was robbed in Staten Island after using a TD Bank ATM. Two individuals targeted the victim, putting him in a headlock and dragging him to the ground, according to a report by Silive.

During the incident, the victim had difficulty breathing and had lacerations on his elbows and knees.

Police later arrested Vincent Gilmore, 21 and Akeal Allen, 20 for allegedly committing the crime. They are charged with robbery, assault, grand larceny, petit larceny, criminal possession of stolen property and harassment.
