S&T Bank, based in Pennsylvania, has announced a plan to redesign its branches. This is part of an effort to improve the customer experience, according to a press release.
The branches will have upgraded flooring, furnishing, ATMs and drive-up lanes. The bank also will add open layouts.
"How customers engage with their bank continues to evolve," Jason Forman, chief consumer and business banking officer at S&T Bank, said in the release. "This refresh reflects how customers bank today, relationship-driven, personal and grounded in meaningful interaction. The refreshed branches are designed to support stronger customer and financial outcomes."
"Our branches and office locations continue to play an important role in how we serve our customers," Dave Antolik, president at S&T Bank, said in the release. "By refreshing both our branches and select office locations, we're creating a consistent experience that supports both our customers and our teams."
