Source to host banking kiosk presentation at ATM, Debit & Prepaid Forum

CHARLOTTE, N.C. - At the upcoming ATM, Debit & Prepaid Forum in Carlsbad, Calif., Oct. 3-5, 2007, Bill Lynch of Source Technologies will host a presentation about self-service technologies for the banking industry. The presentation, "Self-Service Banking Kiosks," will include commentary about the benefits of transactional kiosks and showcase best practices for kiosk deployments.
Self-service banking kiosks start where ATMs stop, adding greater functionality and convenience for customers. This session will describe two important ways in which financial institutions can use kiosks to enhance customer experience.
Case studies will be used to describe how kiosks real-world situations are delivering compelling results. Discussion also will include full-function banking kiosks that replicate the capabilities of a teller, as well as assisted self-service kiosks that can be placed in branches to improve efficiency.
Bill Lynch serves as an advisory board member for the Self-Service & Kiosk Association and is the director of transactional self-service solutions for Source Technologies. Lynch has authored several articles about banking-industry trends, and has been quoted as an expert in several banking and self-service publications.
