Solvport, a Portland, Ore.-based ATM-services provider, has announced it is releasing a new version of Solview, its ATM-management application. According to a news release from Solvport, Solview 2.0 will be available Nov. 1 and offers new features and improved functionality that extend beyond standard service call-management applications.
One of the platform's features is SolvAlerts, which allows customers to receive real-time notifications of changes to the service events for their ATMs, such as when a technician arrives to an ATM location or completes a repair. Solview 2.0 also will offer recordings of incoming technical help-desk phone calls and a new project-tracking module.
Wayne Vandekraak, executive vice president of business development for Solvport, says the new release's features correspond directly with customer demand:
We worked closely with our customers to customize Solview with the value-added features they wanted. Solview 2.0 is a product of these strong partnerships and illustrates the superior quality of Solvport's service offerings.
Solvport is previewing Solview 2.0 at this week's ATM, Debit and Prepaid Forum in Las Vegas.
