Snap Finance appoints 3 executive roles

Snap Finance, a digital finance solutions provider, has appointed Doris Hektor as chief compliance officer, Gaurav Kohli as chief technology officer and Tim King as chief financial officer. With these appointments, Snap aims to bolster its operating structure, according to a press release.

Prior to joining Snap, Hektor served as chief risk officer at Encore Capital, Kohli served as CTO at Token Inc. and King worked as CFO of Alliance Data.

"Snap is building an outstanding team of financial services leaders with the expertise to steer the company into the future of digital payments. Doris, Gaurav, and Tim certainly fit that description," Matt Hawkins, Snap Finance CEO, said in the release. "All three of these new members of our senior leadership team have a seasoned track record and a depth of experience that will only make our company stronger. We're thrilled to have them with us."
