Skimmers found in Tampa 7-Eleven ATMs

A maintenance worker found skimming devices at ATMs in two 7-Eleven locations in Tampa, Florida. Tampa police are asking any users to review their banking activity to check for any suspicious transactions, according to a report by Fox 13.

The Tampa Police Department recommends customers look for any signs of tampering on ATMs, such as misaligned card slots or loose parts and to cover the keypad with your hand when entering the PIN number.

The investigation is ongoing and no suspects have been identified.
