Simmons Bank breaks ground on Arkansas branch

Simmons Bank, a subsidiary of Simmons First National Corp. based in the South, broke ground on a branch in Jonesboro, Arkansas. The bank expects the branch to be open in late 2024, according to a press release.

This branch will offer a three-lane drive-thru along with an ATM with deposit capabilities.

"With the addition of the new financial center in Jonesboro, Simmons Bank is continuing to deepen our commitment to Northeast Arkansas," Kent Bridger, regional community president for Simmons Bank, said in the release. "In addition to added convenience, the upgraded facility will also enable us to provide broader access to the products and services our customers desire to meet their evolving financial needs."
