Sidney Federal Credit Union signs 5-year agreement with Fiserv

BROOKFIELD, Wis. - Fiserv, Inc. said its Fiserv EFT/CNS unit has signed a five-year agreement for ATM device-driving services and electronic funds transfer (EFT) processing with Sidney Federal Credit Union of Sidney, New York.

According to a news release, Fiserv will provide Sidney FCU with complete ATM operational support, ATM and debit-card processing services, network gateway access and online host authorizations. Sidney previously received its services from Fiserv via a reseller agreement.

"Sidney FCU members have relied on Fiserv since 1991 for transaction processing and our new direct contract ensures continuity of services for our 49,000 members," said Dave Rutenber, vice president of information systems for Sidney FCU. "We have always had an outstanding business relationship with Fiserv and are pleased to continue our association."

Sidney FCU, with $235 million in assets, operates six branch offices and 10 ATMs dispersed across Chenango, Delaware and Otsego counties in upstate New York.
