SheerID partners with FIS for merchant audience verification

SheerID, an identity marketing company, has partnered with FIS, a technology solutions provider for financial institutions and businesses, to provide identity marketing to the FIS Worldpay platform. With this partnership, merchants on the platform can offer segmented discounts based on age, community or job, according to a press release.

SheerID uses a digital verification engine with access to 20,000 data sources to provide this information. It also provides ROI reporting for tracking conversion rates and revenue. Merchants can use this information to provide special offers through landing pages, during checkouts or via a loyalty program.

"Our strategic partnership with Worldpay enables Worldpay's merchants to access our audience verification service to help them drive significant business outcomes," Jake Weatherly, CEO at SheerID, said in the release.
