Shastic, a robotic-process-automation platform provider for banking, has announced its Elle app is available for purchase on the open fintech platform Finestra's FusionStore. With this app, bankers and lenders can communicate with loan applicants at any stage in the process, according to a press release.
Integrated with Fusion's MortgagebotLOS, Elle streamlines the process by allowing customers to send documents via text message, cutting down 30% of phone calls during loan processing.
"Maintaining a close human connection in this era of conducting business remotely is a real challenge for financial institutions," Joseariel Gomez, CEO at Shastic, said in the release. "By leveraging our Elle app through Finastra's FusionStore, financial institutions can enhance user experience and customer satisfaction in a world of social distancing. Banks and credit unions will be able to drive more loans and reduce processing costs at a time when mortgage volumes are at their peak."
