PALM SPRINGS, Calif.-- Donna Anderson, president and CEO of Definition, Ltd., announced that a shareholder meeting is being planned for Feb. 24 to finalize the acquisition of RBSI. The deal will include RBSI and its affiliates, including Dallas-based ATM International Inc. and Carrollton, Texas-based RBSA. Anderson said that changes and additions to Definition Ltd.'s Board of Directors will be made at the shareholder meeting. "RBSI brings to Definition, Ltd. a strong track record of sales and earnings, thus bringing more value to the company for our shareholders," she added.
