SECU selects NCR for digital banking

North Carolina State Employee's Credit Union selected NCR Corp. to deliver digital banking for its 2.7 million members. It will use the NCR Digital Banking platform for enhanced account management, financial wellness, payments, security measures and more, according to a press release.

"As our members' needs evolve, we want to provide servicing options that offer more seamless, personalized experiences from the branch to the ATM to a mobile device. NCR's digital banking platform will expand our services through online and mobile channels, complementing the exceptional member service that our branches are known for delivering," Jim Hayes, CEO and president, SECU, said in the release.

"We conducted an extensive evaluation process to identify the right partner to help us build digital services that will serve our members well into the future," Josh Bomba, chief information technology officer, SECU, said in the release. "We appreciate NCR's expertise supporting more than 600 financial institutions and credit unions, and we look forward to working closely with NCR as we implement enhanced digital services."
