SEC files civil charges against defunct ATM venture

Pittsburgh Post-Gazette: PITTSBURGH - The Securities and Exchange Commission filed civil charges in Pittsburgh on Sept. 27 against two executives of a now-defunct Pittsburgh firm that raised $6.3 million by selling interests in ATMs. Investors who purchased unregistered securities from Family Heritage Estate Portfolio have lost about $4.3 million, regulators said.
