Seba Bank, a digital assets banking platform, has appointed Franz M. Bergmuller to CEO as of April 1. He will take over from Guido Buehler, according to a press release.

Prior to joining Seba Bank, Bergmuller served as chief commercial officer for Adcubum AG.
