Police are on the lookout for two suspects who used a front load to attempt to steal an ATM from a credit union near Seattle Pacific University. The thieves damaged the ATM but were unable to steal it, according to a report by King 5.
Police spotted the suspects while they were using a front load to try to smash and grab the ATM. Before they could arrest them, the suspect jumped off the front loader onto a bed of a truck and fled. The front loader itself slammed into a police car as it was still in motion when the suspect jumped off of it.
The investigation is ongoing.
