Seacoast Bank, headquartered in Stuart, Florida, has selected NCR Corp. to upgrade its ATM fleet with its ATM-as-a-service solution. The bank has also joined NCR's Allpoint Network, which offers surcharge-free cash access to more than 40,000 ATMs in the U.S., according to a press release.
NCR will handle ATM maintenance and management. Its platform offers actionable insights and in turn improves availability and uptime.
"Adopting NCR's ATM-as-a-service solution has led to significant gains on several fronts: we've reduced capital expenditure, enhanced efficiencies, and now deliver a better customer experience in the critically important self-service channel," Julie Kleffel, chief banking officer at Seacoast Bank, said in the release. "NCR has been an invaluable strategic partner, helping us in modernizing and enriching how we serve our customers."
