SAP Fioneer intros AI agent for financial services

SAP Fioneer, a financial services software company based in Germany, introduced the Fioneer AI Agent for financial institutions. With this tool, banks can automate key processes and gain information, according to a press release.
With this tool, financial teams can generate reports via account analysis. It is integrated into SAP Fioneer's other banking, insurance and finance solutions. It is also compliant with data privacy regulations.
"Our approach to AI-powered financial services focuses on delivering tangible outcomes to our customers in two ways: Embedded directly into our products and solutions or, via our AI Agent, operating across our portfolio as a powerful add-on", Dirk Kruse, CEO at SAP Fioneer, said in the release. "Unlike generic AI tools, the Fioneer AI Agent comes pre-configured to integrate seamlessly with SAP Fioneer's products and future data models and is engineered with deep expertise for the financial services industry."
