DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 11, 2000--S2 Systems, a provider of integrated e-business solutions for the banking and financial services market, and ProAmerica, a provider of customer relationship management (CRM) solutions, have developed OpeN/2: SENTINEL, an ATM monitoring solution that enables financial institutions and other network operators to monitor, manage and maintain ATM and POS devices on a proactive individual basis.
OpeN/2: SENTINEL is driven by S2's OpeN/2 electronic funds transfer engine and incorporates Connect-Care, ProAmerica's information management application. According to the two companies, it provides analysis and monitoring of both individual devices and entire networks, which enables network operators to determine the cause of errors (or potential errors) and implement the appropriate corrective measures to reduce or prevent downtime.
S2 Systems will market the system to its worldwide base of financial services and retail customers.
