S African IAD achieves fourth straight year of PCI DSS compliance

Paycorp has signed the PCI Attestation of Compliance for 2014, attesting to its ongoing compliance with PCI DSS requirements.

For the fourth consecutive year, South African IAD Paycorp Group has successfully met the security requirements of the PCI Data Security Standard, the company announced in a news release.

Compliance with PCI-DSS Version 3.0 means that a provider has met explicit requirements and procedures to protect the cardholder, and is operating in accordance with best practice guidelines for security.

"We see security and compliance as the cornerstone to maintaining trusted partner relationships," said Paycorp COO Stephen Hochstadter. "In a highly regulated industry, PCI DSS compliance offers us a distinct competitive advantage and frankly, it makes for a more stable, disciplined operating environment."
