Rushcard among the popular new low- or no-fee prepaid credit/debit cards

Among the more popular in the rush of new prepaid credit/debit cards hitting the market is the Rushcard, according to DoughRoller.net, which recently ran a review of the card's features.

Many of the card's features are free, including activation (with direct deposit before April 15), live customer service and text alerts and phone balance inquiries.

The Rushcard is part of the Visa Debit Network, meaning that it can be used anywhere that accepts Visa, and the card can also be used to withdraw cash at ATMs and to pay bills online.
