Roth Capital inks acquisition of MKM Partners

Roth Capital Partners LLC has completed its acquisition of MKM Partners LLC, which will conduct business as Roth MKM. The investment company will employ 60 investment bankers, 45 research analysts and more than 75 distribution specialists, according to a press release.

Sagar Sheth, former CEO of MKM, will serve as CEO of Roth MKM.

"I am confident that the combination will provide a stronger and more expanded offering for ROTH MKM clients," Byron Roth, executive chairman, said in the release. "We are excited about our foundation for growth."
