Rockland Trust Bank selects Zebra Technologies for branch innovation

Rockland Trust Bank, based in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, partnered with Zebra Technologies Corp. to improve branch operations and boost productivity. In particular, Zebra will provide its Workcloud Workforce Optimization Suite for task execution and employee communication and collaboration, according to a press release.

The company will also offer its Workcloud Walk to digitize operational task lists and training for branches.

Our work together further validates Zebra's deep understanding of banking operations and best practices across the industry," Suresh Menon, SVP and general manager, software solutions, Zebra Technologies, said in the release. "Our solutions provide real-time visibility into branch operations, ensuring processes are well executed to elevate the customer experience, enhance controls, deliver operational efficiency and improve employee satisfaction."

Rockland Trust has more than 100 branches in eastern Massachusetts and Worcester County.
