ATMs at the Public Market in Rochester will finally be replaced once the change is approved by the Rochester City Council later this month according to a report by WXXI News.

The current ATMs provided by ATM Systems LLC, will be removed and the line will be upgraded to a new line of ATMs provided by Sundberg ATM.

Local law makers and staff at the Public Market have heard numerous complaints from customers trying to use the current ATMs but were greeted instead with an "out of service" message on the screen.

The city received bids from eight ATM providers for the contract and Sundberg was selected. The Public Market will have an initial contract with Sundberg that will last for one year, with an option to extend the contract. Transaction fees for the ATMs are expected to be $2.95.
