Regions Bank wins Exceptional Workplace Award

Regions Bank has won the 2023 Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award, which recognizes the most engaged workplace cultures. Regions has won this award for nine years in total, according to a press release.

Gallup analyzes team engagement and performance to see which employees are most engaged. Worldwide the average is 21% of employees but GEWA winners see 72% engagement.

"We are honored to once again be named an exceptional workplace by Gallup," John Turner, president and CEO of Regions Financial Corp., said in the release. "The Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award is a recognition of our commitment to creating an outstanding workplace culture that attracts and retains top talent, fosters innovation, and drives business success."
