Regions Bank upgrades mobile app with better navigation, features

Regions Bank upgraded its mobile app with improved features such as budgeting and planning tools. It is available on iOS and Android, according to a press release.
Some of these features include:
- Redesigned navigation with LockIt to manage card usage and unauthorized access.
- View bill payments, transfers and transactions.
- FICO credit score, budgeting tools and banking rewards on home screen.
- Option to nickname accounts, manage biometric IDS.
- Reggie service to update account info.
Regions Bank also plans to add automated direct deposit transfer tools and improved security. The app will go out to Regions' 2.7 million users.
"Our approach in digital banking is focused on leveraging the latest technology to deliver new experiences to our customers and address their digital banking needs," Kristen Rankin, head of digital, Regions, said in the release. "Technology is revolutionizing how customers access banking services, and the enhanced mobile app is the next step in our transformative journey. We are proud to deliver a strong customer experience through the updated app, and we look forward to working with our customers to continuously improve how it functions to serve their unique needs."
