Regions Bank earned the highest spot for banks on Forbes' list of the top 300 U.S. companies for customer service. Forbes surveyed 201,000 people to create the list, according to a press release.
Regions earned this award through initiatives such as creating more than 855,000 Greenprint financial plans for customers.
"We believe the message is resonating: Regions is here to be more than just a bank; our focus is to truly help consumers and businesses chart a personalized path to financial confidence," Kristin Julbert, head of consumer strategy and customer experience for Regions, said in the release. "We're not only focused on helping people conduct their banking business when, where and how they want, but also on leveraging our depth of experience to help customers move ahead financially with tailored solutions."
