Regions Bank intros tuition-free education for associates

Regions Bank has announced a tuition-free program for associates to earn an education through its Guild program. The bank will also reimburse employees for all out-of-pocket expenses such as textbooks and fees, according to a press release.

Associates can go to more than 15 schools, colleges and universities and participate in more than 70 degree programs including business management, software engineering and data analytics.

"Already, Regions Bank is an employer of choice; now, given our work with Guild, we're empowering associates with even more opportunities to define their future while working for a company that actively invests in their success," Seanna McGough, head of learning and development for Regions Bank, said in the release. "Through the new Guild program, associates can now pursue a degree or other educational opportunities tuition free while building their career at the same time. By removing barriers and expanding access to education, we are continuing our commitment to build the best team."
