CARROLLTON, Texas -- RBSA Inc., an EFT processor specializing in ISO ATM processing, has announced a majority-interest stock acquisition byThe Logix Companies, a Colorado-based information processor and integrator of identity verification technology and transaction processing services.
Effective June 1, 2001, RBSA will begin doing business as EFTLogix.
John Willmon, president of RBSA, will continue in his position and will work in conjunction with The Logix Companies to promote and develop the EFTLogix brand.
"Our new partnership with The Logix Companies will provide us with the capital base to accelerate our growth within the EFT processing business," Willmon said. "Logix is a complementary business partner and will also provide add-on products for our ISO clients to deliver to their customers."
Tony Sdao, president and CEO of The Logix Companies, said, "We are very excited about the opportunity to integrate ATM processing with our other processing and subscription-based merchant services."
