RBS, HBOS to install free ATMs in poor areas

Reuters: Royal Bank of Scotland and HBOS plan to install 400 free-to-use ATMs in some of Britain's poorest areas. The announcements follows a report by Citizens Advice, which says rural and poor areas are often lacking access to free ATMs.
