October 24, 2014

ATM and debit network Pulse has launched Pulse InSights, a consulting service that aims to help financial institutions analyze and improve performance in key areas of their retail banking business.

A press release from Pulse said that the service will provide strategic guidance and support to help banks and credit unions increase revenue, expand cross-selling programs and strengthen customer relations.

Pulse InSights focuses on five areas:

  • card portfolio performance;
  • marketing services;
  • retail branch maximization;
  • customer experience; and
  • contact center optimization.

Annette Harris, director of marketing at Pulse and practice lead for Pulse InSights, said that Pulse would draw on more than 30 years of working with FIs to deliver comprehensive, cost-effective solutions.

"Pulse InSights is a logical next step in serving as an advocate for the interests of our financial institutions and their cardholders," she said.
