Police find skimmer in PNC ATM in Plainfield, Illinois

Police in Plainfield, Illinois recently removed a skimming device found at an ATM at a PNC Bank branch. A third party maintenance contractor notified authorities of the device, according to a report by Patch.

Police have received a report of debit and credit card fraud, but are unaware if this is related to the skimming device. The investigation is ongoing.
