Police charge teenager for taping fish to ATMs in Utah

Police in Provo, Utah, are charging a teenager with two counts of property damage for taping fish to ATMs and other objects such as a police car. An Instagram account called fish_bandit84 kept track of the fish, according to a report by ABC 4.

The bio on the Instagram account is, "Live, laugh, tape fish on ATMs." Some of the fish also have cigarettes in their mouths.

The posts got a lot of positive feedback from users, with one calling the culprit an "anti hero."

Police said the case was closed in December and will not comment on it further.
