Police arrested a man in San Diego who allegedly stabbed a pregnant woman multiple times at a Bank of America ATM. The woman was stabbed in the neck, shoulder and chin while standing outside of her vehicle, according to a report by 10 News.
The victim was sent to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The suspect had made no demands for money when he attacked her.
"This appears to be a random exchange between the victim and the suspect," Sergeant Eric Drilling of the San Diego Police Department said in the report. "Prior to the attack ... there was no demand made for money or anything else. So, it appears that the suspect just came up, stabbed [the] victim, and then fled the scene."
