What is the Word:A San Francisco-based e-mail security company said phishers have shifted their focus from the Internet to voice over Internet protocol. Cloudmark said fraudsters send e-mails warning bank users about problems with their accounts. Users are then instructed to call a phone number, where the phone system identifies itself as the financial institution and prompts the user to enter an account number and PIN.
