The Warren County, Pennsylvania courthouse has installed an ATM in its main hallway. The courthouse deployed this ATM to provide easier access to cash for visitors who need to pay cash-only fees, according to a report by Times Observer.
Rys Management Group Inc. deployed the ATM, which charges a fee of $2.75 per use. The ATM is not affiliated with any bank.
"It's going to be a convenience because people aren't going to have to go downtown to a bank to get cash and then come back for a second visit," Denny Munksgard, treasurer, Warren County, said in the report. "This is not a money-making proposition for the courthouse. It's a convenience for the citizens."
