PayTech Women appoints 2023 board

PayTech Woman, an organization dedicated to women's advancement in the payments and fintech industry, has appointed is 2023 board of directors, according to a press release.

The board includes the following appointments:

• Kelly Beatty, chief performance officer at FIS, as president.
• Kelly Tufts, VP of field talent at Discover, as past president.
• Polly Van Duser, VP of talent acquisition at SPHR, as president elect.
• Audrey Blackmon, general manager, strategic partnership for BHG Financial, as treasurer.
• Dawn Delaney, VP of innovation and fintech partnerships at JPMorgan Chase, as secretary.

"I am thrilled to be the PayTech Women president this year," Beatty said in the release. "I am a huge advocate for change as I believe, to my core, that change creates opportunity, and I am proud to be involved with this organization that is driving so much positive change in our industry."
