PayStar completes sale of prepaid card division

LODI, Calif. - PayStar Corp., an investment holding company with assets in providers of stored-value debit cards and kiosk marketing and management firms, has sold its GLOBALCash prepaid ATM/debit card division to Pacific Financial Solutions Inc., according to a news release.

The sale includes both existing and pending GLOBALCash payroll, retail and affinity projects. Proceeds of the sale included more than 3 million common shares of Pacific and other related compensation.
