Paypal intros cryptocurrency service to U.K.

Paypal has introduced its cryptocurrency service in the U.K., which customers can use to buy, sell or hold bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and Bitcoin Cash. Customers must verify their identity to be eligible, and business accounts will not be supported, according to a report by Coindesk.

Paypal first introduced cryptocurrency buying, selling and holding to the U.S. in October 2020. Currently, it does not allow customers to move their crypto holdings to other platforms.
