Paya partners with 1Retail to deliver EMV contactless payments

Paya, an integrated payments solution provider, has partnered with 1Retail, a point-of-sale solutions provider, to deliver EMV contactless and stored payments to the Acumatica Cloud enterprise resource planning software. With the solution, customers can pay via the Acumatica ERP without a physical card, according to a press release.

The solution will be useful for businesses that send employees to make purchases on their behalf, according to the release.

"This partnership helps 1Retail offer a unique and advanced commerce experience for multiple verticals," Ben Weiner, EVP, head of B2B and government at Paya, said in the release. "Enabling access to card-on-file transactions at the point of sale will greatly improve customer workflows and provide smoother reporting for merchants using this capability from a 1Retail POS terminal."
