Paragon demos EMV testing at EBUG conference

BARCELONA - Paragon Application Systems is demonstrating EMV support in its ATM configuration tool, ConfigBuilder, and in its simulators, ATMulator and FASTest, at the EBUG (Europe Middle East & Africa BASE24 User Group) conference May 18-21 in Barcelona.

EBUG is an independent organization whose primary role is to promote communication between users of ACI Worldwide's products and ACI.

With the Paragon products, users can develop ATM states and design ATM screens needed for EMV transactions, and create virtual ICCs (Integrated Circuit Cards, also known as chip
cards or smart cards) to be used instead of actual test cards during simulations.

Users can also exercise EMV states and screens by processing EMV transactions on any PC with a simulated ATM; and test EMV transaction processing by their host system.
