Payment Alliance International, the largest privately held ATM provider in the U.S., with more than 75,000 ATMs, has announced new appointments to its executive management team and board of directors.
According to a company news release, Neil Clark has been named CEO of the PAI ATM businesses. This position was formerly occupied by John J. Leehy III, who resigned at the beginning of August, along with executive vice president and chief operating officer Gregory W. Sahrmann and senior vice president and chief payments officer Donna L. Embry.
The release also announced that Clark and Marty Ambuehl, co-founders of ATM Express, a company acquired by PAI in 2008, have been named to the company’s board of directors.
Bill Blakey, who served on the PAI board through 2016, has rejoined the board.
James C. Comis III, executive chairman of PAI, welcomes all three new board members and looks forward to working closely with Neil Clark in his role as CEO of PAI’s ATM businesses, the release said.
