PAI inks acquisition of TouchPoint 21

PAI, an ATM portfolio management tools and services company, has acquired TouchPoint 21, an ATM and cash management outsourcing company. With this acquisition, PAI will be able to provide ATM-as-a-service for its clients, according to a press release.

Banks can outsource their ATM operations to TouchPoint 21, while PAI's technology toolset of Vantage Technical Services and AMP+ can provide enhanced management and real-time visibility of the ATM fleets.

"Joining with PAI unlocks an expanded value set for our customers and also enables us to deliver these benefits to a much wider customer base," Brett Koedam, CEO of TouchPoint 21, said in the release.
