Pa. bank replaces ATM cards after fraud scare

WTAE-TV: About 1,300 Dollar Bank customers in western Pennsylvania and Ohio are getting new ATM and debit cards after the bank learned their account information may have been stolen.

The accounts have been monitored since March and the bank said its policy is to replace such cards if any one of those accounts later shows signs of suspicious activity. One customer's account was recently found to have inappropriate activity, bank officials said.
