OneUnited Bank unveils AI financial wellness tool

OneUnited Bank, the largest Black-owned bank in the U.S., released WiseOne Insights, an AI-driven financial wellness tool. It provides personalized guidance to help customers make informed financial decisions and reduce stress, according to a press release.
The tool offers notifications on bill payment trends, suggests savings and debt payoff strategies.
"WiseOne Insights transcends conventional banking solutions. As a financial wellness companion, it literally allows individuals to make better financial decisions thus directly addressing the critical need for improved financial literacy in our society," Kevin Cohee, chairman and CEO, OneUnited Bank, said in the release.
