One Equity Partners sells off Dragonfly Financial Technologies to FIS

One Equity Partners has sold Dragonfly Financial Technologies, a digital banking and cash management company, to FIS. Dragonfly serves four of the largest banks in the U.S. with cash management solutions, according to a press release.

"Dragonfly's innovative solutions and strong customer base have solidified its position as a leader in digital banking technology," Ante Kusurin, partner at One Equity Partners, said in the release. "Our partnership with Dragonfly's management team and shared strategic vision enabled Dragonfly to achieve growth and resilience, even in challenging market environments."

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
