June 17, 2004

MONTVALE, N.J.-Electronic payment processor NYCE Corp. announced that Ohio Savings Bank has joined its network.

According to a news release, OSB has nearly $13 billion in assets and is a nationally recognized leader in retail banking and wholesale mortgage and construction lending.

NYCE Corporation owns and operates the NYCE Network, which provides 2,200 financial institutions, retailers and independent ATM deployers with shared network services for ATMs, POS, A2A and direct bill payment for millions of North American customers.

"With nearly a million merchant locations across the country accepting the NYCE card, we are able to increase the level of service and convenience we can provide to our customers who use their card for point-of-sale transactions," said Debbie Petsche, director of public relations of OSB.

OSB and its AmTrust Bank division have branches in the Cleveland, Akron and Columbus, Ohio, markets, and throughout southeast Florida and Arizona. The bank's 76 ATMs will now participate in the NYCE Network and will be accessible to the 57 million cardholders.
