National ATM Systems, a sales and service provider based in Columbia, South Carolina, has been purchased by an Ohio consultant who hopes to further expand the business.
According to a news release, the transaction was facilitated by Viking Mergers & Acquisitions, a middle-market firm based in Charlotte, North Carolina. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
National ATM Systems was founded in 1999 and in 2012 was passed to the founder's son, Matt Harris. After growing the business to its current size, Harris decided to sell it and move on to other ventures.
Within a few months, David Eastwood, a consultant from Ohio with 20 years of business experience, made an offer for the IAD, according to the release.
"National ATM Systems is a fantastic business," Eastwood said in the release. "I am excited to work alongside Matt to learn the business and hopefully, take it to the next level."
